Customers, Partners and Suppliers to Come Together to Discuss Best Practices in Customer Engagement

(Nasdaq: VRNT) today announced the agenda for its annual Engage™ 2016 UK Customer Conference, which will be held on 1 December at The Savoy in London. The event will explore eight themes throughout the day, including customer-centric engagement, driving operational efficiency and leveraging data-led insights.
Special Keynotes by Natasha Kaplinsky and Jamie Anderson
Celebrated news broadcaster Natasha Kaplinsky will open the conference with keynote speaker interviews focused on optimising customer and employee engagement, and using technology to enhance the customer experience. Kaplinsky will also host Verint’s Customer Awards Ceremony that recognises end-user excellence.
In addition, author and professor Jamie Anderson—named one of the world’s top 25 management thinkers by Business Strategy Review—will deliver a keynote presentation on strategic management initiatives during the morning sessions.
Industry Analyst Insights from Forrester and Ovum
Daniel Mayo, Chief Analyst of Financial Services Technology, and Rik Turner, Senior Analyst of IT Infrastructure Solutions—both from global industry analyst firm Ovum—will deliver a keynote outlining some of the regulatory issues facing organisations today, and provide practical advice on addressing these challenges.
Forrester Vice President of Custom Data Insights Andrew Peach also will join the conference, sharing insights about how Forrester’s CX Index™ benchmark data and revenue modeling, now integrated with the Verint EFM platform, can help transform an organisation’s customer experience programme.
Customer-Led Sessions and Best Practices
Delegates will also hear first-hand from Verint customers in the financial services, healthcare and public sector industries. This year’s Engage UK Customer Conference will feature a Product Innovation and Customer Experience Zone that enables attendees to test-drive solutions for desktop and mobile, and engage with Verint experts to provide input on product ideas. A host of workshops and break-out sessions on optimising customer engagement using software from Verint also will be featured.
